Justin A. Bayer


Mr. Bayer is a partner in the firm and focuses his practice on trials. His experience includes representing individuals and corporations in lawsuits involving professional liability, commercial disputes, auto, general liability, and medical malpractice matters in Eastern Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Mr. Bayer also handles construction related claims involving payment and contractual disputes.

Mr. Bayer is an active member of both the Montgomery Bar Association as well as the Pennsylvania Bar Association. He currently serves as a Director of the Montgomery Bar Association and as a member of the Pennsylvania House of Delegates, the governing body of the Pennsylvania Bar Association. Mr. Bayer is also a member of the Montgomery Bar Association's Executive Committee, as well as co-chair of the Medical-Legal Committee and past chair of the Young Lawyers' Section.

Mr. Bayer frequently teaches at legal education programs for other lawyers, law students and professionals. Recently, he presented a seminar to physicians and risk managers at a Montgomery County hospital on medical malpractice lawsuits in Pennsylvania. He has also presented at the Villanova University School of Law on legal professionalism.

In 2007, 2008, and 2010-2013, Mr. Bayer was selected as a "Rising Star" attorney by both Philadelphia Magazine and by Law and Politics. "Rising Stars" are chosen by their peers and through the independent research of Law and Politics as being among the top-up-and-coming lawyers in Pennsylvania. Only 2.5 percent of Pennsylvania attorneys receive this honor each year. Mr. Bayer graduated from Lehigh University and Villanova University School of Law.

He is admitted to practice in the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the New Jersey Superior Court and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.

Mr. Bayer resides in Worcester Township with his wife, Kelly.
