The second one involved a severe femoral fracture to an individual on the site of a commercial enterprise.

In the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, Andy Kramer obtained summary judgment in a case involving a slip and fall on a commercial property. The plaintiffs could not establish that Mr. Kramer's client had sufficient notice of the alleged dangerous condition that caused the plaintiff to fall.

In Chester County, in a set of facts not yet addressed by the Superior Court of Pennsylvania, Andy successfully advocated that a child of divorced parents should be considered a dual resident and the auto insurance policies of both parents apply to the child when the child was involved in an automobile accident.
