Justin A. Bayer

Mr. Bayer’s practice is focused on professional liability, commercial litigation and general liability defense litigation. He has extensive experience in Pennsylvania State and Federal Courts as well as private arbitrations and mediations.
Mr. Bayer graduated from Lehigh University with a BA, and obtained his J.D. from Villanova University School of Law. He is admitted to practice in the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
Mr. Bayer is currently a member of the board of directors of the Lehigh University Club of Philadelphia, a delegate to the Pennsylvania Bar Association Young Lawyer’s Division and an officer of the Montgomery Bar Association’s Young Lawyer Section.
In 2007, 2008, and 2010 Mr. Bayer was selected as a “Rising Star” by both the Philadelphia magazine and by Law and Politics. Rising Stars are chosen by their peers and through the independent research of Law and Politics as being among the top-up-and-coming lawyers in Pennsylvania. Only 2.5 percent of Pennsylvania attorneys receive this honor each year.
Mr. Bayer is a native of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and currently resides in Wayne, Pennsylvania with his wife, Kelly.
