Melissa K. Nagata

Melissa Nagata joined the firm in May of 2007. She focuses her practice on professional liability, medical malpractice, and insurance defense.
Ms. Nagata received her Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Sociology from LaSalle University in 1997 and is a 2004 graduate of Villanova University School of Law, where she graduated magna cum laude. While in law school, Ms. Nagata served as the Managing Editor of Outside Articles for the Villanova Environmental Law Journal.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Nagata worked as an associate focusing her practice on medical malpractice and nursing home litigation. She also served as a judicial clerk for the Honorable Robert D. Kaplan, United States Department of Labor, Office of Administrative Law Judges.
Ms. Nagata is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. She is a member of the American, Pennsylvania, and Montgomery Bar Associations.
