Members of the firm have been serving insurance clients and self- insured clients for over thirty years. The firm works in a number of diverse areas including general casualty, medical malpractice, legal malpractice, municipal liability, civil rights and employment discrimination. The firm also represents criminal defense clients and has a growing family law practice. A number of the firm's trial attorneys have defended health care liability claims and are often specifically requested by physicians or practice groups that they have previously represented. The firm represents a wide range of medical professionals including physicians, dentists, oral surgeons and other health care providers throughout Southeast Pennsylvania. The firm also represents numerous hospitals and other health care institutions including surgical centers and health clinics.
The general liability practice of the firm covers very diverse practice areas including automobile accidents, landlord & tenant disputes, premises liability and commercial liability. The firm has longstanding relationships with a number of General Casualty carriers. The firm represents the Greyhound Lines, Inc. in the Southeastern Pennsylvania area and represents Philadelphia Park and The Turf Clubs for their general liability and Workers' Compensation litigation needs.
The firm has represented for many years the Delaware Valley Insurance Trust, a consortium of local townships that have joined together to insure themselves. The firm has handled claims against police departments, local government agencies and claims arising from the alleged faulty design of roadways in both state and federal court. The firm also has extensive experience in defending claims alleging violations of the Americans With Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination Employment Act, the Family Medical Leave Act, Title 7 and other federal and state statutes.
