Andrew Kramer’s litigation practice concentrates on insurance defense and risk management.
Litigation expertise includes defending Premises Liability, Bad Faith, Employment Law, Assisted Living & LTC Facilities, Construction Accidents, Dram Shop and Defamation cases.
For over 25 years, Andrew has provided outside counsel to Parx Casino and Racetrack. He defends venues and organizations including Live! Hotel and Casino, McDonalds, the Philadelphia Phillies and the Phillie Phanatic, Live Nation, the Wells Fargo Center, and the Kimmel Center.
Andrew has taken over one hundred (100+) cases to jury verdict with overwhelmingly favorable results in state court (Pennsylvania and New Jersey) and the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. He has frequently argued in front of the Pennsylvania Superior Court.
Andrew has been honored for thirteen (13) consecutive years as a Pennsylvania “Super Lawyer”, a designation given to less than 5% of all lawyers in Pennsylvania.
Andrew serves as a volunteer attorney for the Montgomery Child Advocacy Project (MCAP) where he represents, on a pro bono basis, abused and neglected children.
Andrew graduated from the University of Toledo School of Law in 1988, Franklin and Marshall College in 1985 and the William Penn Charter High School in 1981. He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
Andy as an athlete has competed in national Master swimming events, triathlons and races including the Marine Corps marathon. He resides in Haverford, PA with his wife (Meg), two daughters (Hannah and Leah), and golden retriever (Midas).
