Luciano P. DiElsi is a dedicated trial and advisory attorney whose practice spans criminal law, business law, insurance defense, medical malpractice defense, and general liability defense. A lifelong resident of Skippack, Pennsylvania, Luciano brings a strong sense of community involvement to his work. He currently serves as Vice-Chair of the Skippack Township Planning Commission, where he plays an active role in shaping development, zoning, and land-use planning to support responsible growth within the community.
Luciano earned his B.A. in Political Science from Widener University, where he competed as an NCAA Division III defensive tackle, served as a common ground leader, and advocated as a student lobbyist for the Pennsylvania Higher Education Assistance Agency. These roles strengthened his leadership, communication, and advocacy skills—qualities that continue to define his legal practice.
He earned his J.D. from Widener University Delaware Law School in 2022. During law school, he interned with the Delaware Environmental & Natural Resources Law Clinic, contributing to environmental and regulatory matters and earning the 2022 Charles J. Zencey Environmental Law Award. He also gained substantial civil litigation experience with a Delaware plaintiff’s firm, representing injured clients and handling workers’ compensation claims.
Today, Luciano leverages his broad base of experience to defend clients in criminal proceedings, represent insurers and their insureds in complex liability matters, counsel businesses on corporate and transactional issues, and serve as trusted general counsel to emerging and established companies. He is licensed to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and is a member of the American, Pennsylvania, and Montgomery County Bar Associations.
